Durable, dual-motor drive & electric steering
The 18 BT-9U comes equipped with an efficient electric steering system. The forklift is powered by a dual motor drive. The installed ZF drive, Schabmüller motor, and ZAPI controller are known for their durability. Its semi-permanently oil-cooled disc brakes ensure the electric forklift remains reliable and consistently at your side. The Continental solid tires are also designed for long-term use.

Easy to maintain & long operating times
The forklift has been designed for easy maintenance. The battery is installed laterally, allowing for simple removal and replacement. Through the self-diagnosis function, all operational data can be read quickly. The brake fluid reservoir is also easy to access and refill. To further boost the electric forklift's performance, it has been compactly built. Additionally, its energy consumption has been optimized—compared to its predecessor, the battery runtime of the 18 BT-9U has been increased by 21%.

Safe & ergonomic operation
To ensure operator safety, the electric forklift is equipped with a panoramic mirror, fork lowering valves, an electric parking brake, and robust overhead guard. The operator always has a clear view of the forks and cargo thanks to the wide field of vision. With its operator presence detection system, the 18 BT-9U can only be moved with someone seated. When cornering, speed is reduced automatically for safety. The forklift can also be parked on ramps, as the anti-rollback feature prevents unintentional rolling.
The spacious driver’s cabin provides ergonomic operation. Smooth fingertip control elements are installed, and a suspension seat adds extra comfort. All levers can be operated effortlessly. The full-color LCD monitor displays all key driving parameters at a glance, such as speed and battery status.
