HMH Systems AG SYPRO Dual 200

The used Sypro Dual 200 basic feed unit for UPS 3 for continuous or intermittent blister lines (width 700mm) is being sold due to the purchase of a new system. The machine was commissioned at the end of 2022. Tablet buffer supply with reject separation, 500mm buffer hopper, and 2 feed chutes. The first chute conveys products from the buffer hopper. In the second chute, products pass between two plates. The lower plate has holes through which broken pieces fall out. Removable tablet storage funnel.

Axis:
All axes are driven by servo motors. The feeder features the following axes: X, Y (crosswise and lengthwise to the film), upper and lower pin actuators for separation, Z-stroke for lifting from the film.

Control:
Machine control via Sigmatek RPS. Up to 500 products can be saved with all settings. Four access levels. Event logging.

Performance:
Throughput of the basic unit: 60 dosing cycles/min max. Maximum film speed: 20m/min
