RIGID FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

We have engineered the motorized rigid frame hydraulic presses of the R/NC series in six different capacities ranging from 80 to 500 tons. Specially designed for stamping, die-cutting, and drawing operations.

The latest generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved into highly versatile machines, including the capability to integrate seamlessly into automatic production lines. They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 320 BAR to ensure maximum durability of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series drawing and stamping presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel, stabilized and precision-machined after welding for perfect parallelism and accuracy. The frame design and strength are optimized using finite element analysis software, ensuring our high standards of precision and quality are always maintained.

Both the upper and lower tables are made from precision-machined C45E steel and feature DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table maintains perfect parallelism by means of four lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction bimetallic bushings.

The double-acting cylinder features a lapped barrel, a chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.

The hydraulic unit is motorized, offering two speeds with automatic disengagement of the rapid speed, and includes a cylinder decompression valve.

Standard features include a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” MTP-400 touchscreen positioned above the electric foot pedal control. This setup allows for programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. Up to 99 recipes can be stored, with full parameter settings for each recipe.

The electrical control panel includes a selector switch for manual/automatic operation, and a key switch for maintenance tasks.

All electric and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored, with an additional safety block and safety self-monitoring features.

The machine includes verification and certification of correct operation, as well as the safety distance of the light curtains.

Safety features include type 4 PLe photoelectric light curtains at the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear access guard equipped with a magnetic disconnect sensor, polycarbonate windows, and LED interior lighting. Installation of a hydraulic cushion or ejector is supported.

Compliant with all essential CE safety and health requirements. Supplied with an instruction manual.
