This type of machine is suitable for dosing the following products: mustard, baby food, sauces, pastes, jams, etc., whether containing particulates or not. These machines are equipped with filling devices specifically designed for dosing viscous products.

The HEMA filler operates in two key phases: suction and filling. These phases alternate continuously to ensure fast and accurate filling.

The ZALKIN capping machine is engineered for placing and sealing aluminum screw caps—deformable or non-deformable (for carbonated or non-carbonated beverages)—as well as screwing aluminum or plastic caps, or applying snap-on or floating closures. The system is compatible with bottles made of glass, plastic, or metal, in various shapes.

Output varies according to product type, container format, and fill volume, with a maximum output of up to 6,000 bottles per hour (120 bottles/min).
