Heesemann KSA 8 Wide Belt Sander 2600mm Width
The sander consists of:
1. Frame Structure For mounting the transport bed, with attachment points for 1 sanding unit and 1 brushing unit.
2. Transport Bed Individual conveyor belts with feed speed adjustable from 5 to 25 m/min, controlled by frequency converter, constant working height of 920 mm. Adjustment to workpiece thickness (3 to 80 mm) by height adjustment of the entire machine top, including monitoring of the toothed belt for the lifting gear at a lifting speed of 3 mm/s, and integrated control cabinets.
3. Industrial PC 21.5" Capacitive multitouch color display, 1,920 x 1,020 pixel resolution, CF card, Windows Embedded Standard operating system, with production data acquisition (display of production and downtime). Ethernet connection available. Program memory for 1,000 programs. Motor speed values are stored and automatically set after program selection.

5. Longitudinal sanding unit with contact roller for calibration (steel) Balancing quality Q 1 (finely balanced) according to VDI 2060, driven by poly-V belt, maintenance-free bearings.
