Professional Cutting Saw:
- Automatic bandsaw with pneumatic clamping system, consisting of 3 clamping elements
- Infinitely variable saw feed via hydraulic unit

Outfeed:

- Part outfeed via powered roller conveyor with steel rollers
- Roller-guided ejection unit across three levels onto inclined discharge table
- Maximum part length via automatic outfeed: 3,500 mm (optional extension kit available for working length up to 4,500 mm)
- Scrap disposal via ejection unit – max. length 600 mm
- Scrap pieces discharge via chute into customer-provided waste container (Note: waste container not included)
- Remnant identification indicated at placement position for manual collection by operator

Software / Data Interface:
- HECHT Exenso ESA software (version specified after joint pre-acceptance)

Operation:
- Reinforcement bars are loaded onto the feed magazine in the infeed section by the operator according to specifications/display.
- Transmission of the required cut lengths for the PVC cutting center from customer’s window manufacturing software via integrated data interface
- Steel is automatically conveyed and fed
- Optimized cutting to the specified lengths
- Transport of steel to the pick-up position in the outfeed section
- Optionally, double cuts can be made upon inspection
