The HEBROCK K36 Airtronic is a used edge banding machine with PC control, a touchscreen, and a pivoting control panel. The zero-joint Airtronic system is complemented by extensive equipment for joining, edge banding, capping, milling, and trimming.

Control and Workpiece Guidance:
The machine has a program memory and automatic pressure beam adjustment. The feed is controlled by a conveyor chain, and the infeed guide is adjustable by motor. An extendable workpiece support assists with workpiece guidance.
The feed speed ranges from 7 to 10 m/min. Workpieces with a thickness of 8 to 60 mm and a minimum length of 200 mm can be processed.

Edge Processing and Glue Application:
A diamond joining cutter operates in both forward and reverse directions and has a power of 2 x 2.2 kW. For glue application, there is a quick-heating tank, a changing device for glue tanks, and interchangeable glue applicators. The use of PUR adhesives is possible.
For roll material, an edge thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm is specified. The support plate for the edge material has a diameter of 850 mm.

Post-Processing Units:
The trimming saw is equipped with an HF motor. This is followed by a flush-cutting unit and a flush, radius, and bevel cutting unit with pneumatic adjustment. A multi-tool and a multi-radius trimming blade are also included.
For trimming blade processing, a flat trimming blade and air nozzles on the radius and flat trimming blade are available. The chip collection box is assigned to the radius trimming blade. A changing motor is available for corner copying; the maximum edge thickness for this is 3 mm.

Additional Equipment:
The machine has spray devices for release agents, cleaning agents, antistatic coolant, and lubricants. LED lighting is installed in the machine area.
The total length is 5,540 mm. With dimensions of 5,540 x 1,210 x 1,450 mm, the machine weighs 1,700 kg. The compressed air connection is specified as 7 bar.
