Coordinate drilling machine / jig boring machine with tool package (see photos) in very well-maintained, exceptional condition, second owner (41 years in current ownership). This quality will never be produced again!

The coordinate drilling machine has the rare option of motorized table drive in the X and Y axes and potentiometers. This eliminates the need for tedious manual adjustment of the individual coordinates over long distances using hand cranks. Furthermore, it has rare thermal stabilization and expansion compensation. Two heaters are provided for this purpose, which can and must be switched on separately before starting work to maintain high accuracy and dimensions. This explains the factory-high positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm with a resolution of 0.00.

It should be noted that the machine has two Heidenhain digital displays with a total of 4 glass scales with 1My resolution, also for the quill feed. This is a major advantage for precise drilling and facing at depth with Wohlhaupter, spindle tools, etc. With the options mentioned and in this first-class condition, it is very rare and highly unlikely to be available again.

These machines are primarily used in the watch industry, gunsmithing / defense industry, precision engineering, material testing and the optical industry, where the highest precision is required. Also ideally suited for engine construction/overhaul, special machine construction, etc. All documents, manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, etc. are, of course, available in their original form!
