Overview & Concept

For sale is a brand-new, manual powder coating complete system for workpieces up to 3.0 m in length. The system combines an efficient extraction coating booth, a powerful gas curing oven, and a flexible rail conveying system including steel structure (individual design/planning of a powder coating system possible upon request!).

1. Powder coating booth (double-sided manual coating)

- External dimensions (L x W x H): 3,400 x 1,100 x 2,150 [mm]
- Workpiece opening dimensions: 500 x 1,600 [mm]
- Extraction & filter: 2x radial fans at 4,500 m³/h (ATEX version, 3 kW each); 2 filter units with a total of 6 antistatic Teflon filters (Donaldson, 325 x 660 [mm])
- Cleaning: Automatic/manual compressed air pulse cleaning (6 valves)
- Safety/equipment: ATEX-compliant internal lighting, sound insulation in the fan area, control via Siemens/Schneider wall control cabinet

Electrostatic powder coating technology (Gema) (other manufacturers can also be supplied upon request)

- 2x hand guns: Gema OptiSelect Pro with PowerBoost® technology, ATEX-certified
- 2x control units: Gema OptiStar 4.0 CG20 with DVC and PCC precision current control, 250 memory programs, app connectivity
- 2x injectors: Gema OptiFlow IG07 with quick-release & non-stick cartridge

Convection curing oven (chamber oven with double door)

- Internal dimensions (L x W x H): 3,500 x 2,000 x 2,300 [mm]
- Max. temperature / operating temperature: up to 250°C / 180 - 200°C
- Heating: Indirect thermo block with Riello/Ecoflam burner (approx. 105 kW (90,000 kcal/h))
- Fuel: Natural gas or liquefied gas (LPG) (other energy supply e.g. electricity possible upon request)
- Recirculation: 2 x 3,500 m³/h recirculation fans (plus automatic fan exhaust fan)
- Insulation: 150mm rock wool insulation

Manual conveying system including steel structure

Load capacity: Max. 500 kg per carrier
Equipment: 5 oven rails, 15 carriers (3m each), 3 transverse transfer trolleys
Running trolleys: Equipped with high-temperature resistant bearings
