Parts cleaning machine / spray cleaning system, type TR450

The spray-rotation cleaning system, type TR450, is an automatic cleaning and degreasing system with a lid that can be easily opened upwards. The system is designed for cleaning individual parts and/or bulk goods in baskets with dimensions of L x W x H 520 x 320 x 200 mm. For the cleaning process, the basket must be closed with a lid. The cleaning result depends on the fact that the parts in the basket can be slightly tumbled when cleaning bulk goods. The fill level in the basket must be taken into account for this purpose. The system is also equipped with a flood basin under the parts basket, which enables the parts to be immersed and scooped out, resulting in an even better cleaning result.
