Gleason BGT 200 H-W

The Gleason BGT 200 H-W universal bevel gear testing machine is used for roll-off, load capacity, and run-out testing, as well as for measuring backlash on the flank, installation dimensions, and sensitivity to displacement in bevel gears with and without axial offset and axial angles from 0° to 180°.
Gear sets with a maximum ring gear diameter of up to D=190.5 mm and hypoid gear sets with a pinion offset of 31.75 mm above and below the center can be tested.
This testing machine is ideally suited for testing gear sets with small diameters and small modules under low load and with a minimum of backlash.
The digital actual value display facilitates quick and precise adjustment and reading of the pinion installation dimension, ring gear installation dimension, and axial offset.
The motorized drive of the pinion spindle, in conjunction with the frequency converter, allows for stepless adjustment of the pinion speed in the range of 0 to 3,000 [rpm].
The work area is secured by an electrically interlocked safety device.
