GFL 7601 Hybridisation Incubator
For accurate hybridisations of DNA and RNA probes with nucleic acid on filter paper and for incubations of protein blots with antibodies. The small amount of hybridisation liquid required makes it possible to work with high concentrations of probes or antibodies. Other applications are also possible. Instead of the rotating rack, up to five non-tilting pull-out shelves (additional equipment) can be placed in the usable space at different heights.
Microprocessor-controlled temperature regulation
Temperature range: approx. 8°C above room temperature to +99.9°C
Temperature constancy: ± 0.5°C in time
Temperature display and setting: digital via LED display, in steps of 0.1°C
Overtemperature protection electronic with optical alarm at 4°C above setpoint and electromechanical > 130°C
Rotations of the bogie: 10 per minute, fixed
