The product is conveyed on a patented vibrating belt (shaker belt), onto which flour is continuously fed in small doses, creating a uniform layer of controlled thickness. The patented flour divider ensures repeatable, adjustable material feed from both the top and bottom of the product, and the integrated anti-caking system prevents contaminants from entering the breading layer. An adjustable scraper bar prevents flour from sticking to the conveyor belt, while optional pressure rollers allow for control over how tightly the coating adheres to the product’s surface. All machine settings can be adjusted externally while the line is in operation, and a transparent hopper facilitates real-time monitoring of the flour level by the operator.
