Frigoscandia FloFreeze MX62

Frigoscandia FloFreeze MX62 IQF tunnel freezer in good condition, operating on NH3 (ammonia). Suitable for rapid, individual quick freezing of products such as vegetables, berries, shrimp, and pasta. Supplied complete with infeed/outfeed systems, shaker, optional glazing conveyor, evaporators, control cabinets, Danfoss frequency converters, and Siemens TP1200 Comfort HMI (upgraded in 2020).

Products are placed on the infeed shaker (approx. 1200 mm high), where they are separated and desticked. They are then transported into the freezer via a blue plastic conveyor belt. The belt is approximately 7400 mm long and 1190 mm wide, featuring a lowering mechanism that redistributes products and removes ice. The discharge height is 912 mm. The optional Innotec Systems glazing belt can apply a protective ice coating.

The MX62 is equipped with two NH3 evaporators and six centrifugal fans, each driven by an ABB M2AA160MA-2 motor (50 Hz, 13.2 kW, 2897 rpm). Cold air is blown up through the conveyor to prevent product sticking. The evaporators can be defrosted with hot air via spray nozzles. The freezer is fitted with three inspection hatches.

Includes the original control cabinets with frequency converters and Siemens control system.
