Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in developing equipment for the wood processing industry. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and, over the years, have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements.

The Foudila Deck Nailing Machine DNM-153 is a compact, flexible, and efficient unit for the production of boards for the pallet industry – offering outstanding value for money. Thanks to its high production speed, user-friendly design, and large board magazines, the machine is ideal for manufacturing both standard and custom products in small and large batches – all with just one operator. More than 1,000 decks can be produced per shift.

The machine is equipped with three nailing units, each with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can contain 1–3 nails and can be stapled if required. Boards are loaded into large buffer magazines – three cassettes for blocks/bottom boards and one cassette for deck/top boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern, user-friendly software on a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control technology.

Due to its compact design, the machine requires only a very small footprint in production and allows for quick and uncomplicated installation, as it can be delivered fully pre-assembled.

The machine can, of course, be equipped with a finished goods conveyor, an automatic stacker, and an automatic board feeder. These options can also be retrofitted, enabling step-by-step investment.
