X-Axis guidance system:

The drive for the X-axis gantry is via a rack and pinion with angled, crowned teeth – guaranteeing maximum precision. The reduction gearbox ensures top machining quality and repeatability. Bearing via encapsulated recirculating ball carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides.

Y-Axis guidance system:

Bearing via encapsulated recirculating ball carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned via a ground recirculating ball screw.

Z-Axis guidance system:

Automatic central lubrication:
