Continuous sterilizer FMC-JBT STERILMATIC (Cooker-Cooler), designed for the continuous thermal treatment of packaged food products, automating the sterilization and cooling stages within a high-production industrial line.

This type of system is especially designed for canning plants that need to replace batch processing with a continuous flow of packages, allowing for the constant input of product, its thermal treatment for a controlled time, and subsequent cooling before continuing to the next stages of the line.

PROCESS

The FMC-JBT STERILMATIC is designed to perform the thermal treatment of packages as they continuously move through the equipment.

The previously filled and sealed packages are automatically introduced into the system, where they remain for a controlled process time and are subjected to the established thermal conditions to achieve the required treatment.

Subsequently, the packages move to the cooling stage, progressively reducing their temperature before being discharged and transferred to the next production operations.

The continuous system avoids the repetitive loading and unloading operations typical of conventional batch autoclaves and is particularly interesting for lines with large production volumes.

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for canning industries and manufacturers of high-production canned foods that require a continuous thermal process.
