This machine enables you to join veneer sheets crosswise using glue (PVAC or urea). It is necessary that the veneer sheets are pre-glued. The machine guarantees excellent joints of any type of veneer. Gluing is performed by a system of hydraulic cylinders applying horizontal pressure, which ensures tight, gap-free joins along the entire length. The machine’s heavy-duty, robust design guarantees longevity and reliable operation. Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to a clearly laid out control panel. Separate manometers provide the operator with direct access to the pressures for the heating plates, the horizontal pressing system, etc., allowing for quick changeover times. The machine’s upper traverse can be raised to allow easy and rapid access to the heating plates for cleaning and maintenance.
