This Monoblock efficiently processes still liquids, such as water and wine. Notably, FIMER manufactured this machine in 1999, ensuring an operational capacity of up to 4500 bottles per hour (BPH) for bottling 0.75-liter glass containers. Additionally, this unit currently remains in storage, ready for immediate use.

This machine operates with a clockwise rotation, which allows it to move containers smoothly and continuously through each treatment station. This unit connects to a 380 V power supply and operates with 6.5 kW of power at a frequency of 50 Hz. Therefore, these specifications match most industrial networks, providing ample power for each bottling stage.


Rinsing Station


With 20 grippers in the rinsing station, the machine treats each bottle with a single rinse to prepare it for filling. Given this setup, the Monoblock can rinse containers quickly and effectively, removing any residues and thus readying them for the filling phase.

Capping Station


The capping station is equipped with three heads for aluminum screw caps and three for straight cork stoppers. In this way, the machine can accommodate different closure types, including 31×18 mm caps. Therefore, this versatility ensures tight, protective seals on containers after filling.
