Ficep RAPID HP 35 T Angle Processing Machine
The Ficep HP35T is the predecessor of the current Ficep RAPID series for processing angle steel.

The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled system for machining angle profiles. These are robust angle processing centers commonly used in steel fabrication and truss construction. The angle steel is positioned on a transport frame for material feeding. A measuring carriage with a gripper automatically conveys the angle material to the various processing stations of the system, following the machining data entered via the CNC control panel. Once machining is complete, the finished component—drilled, marked, and sawn—is transferred to the outfeed roller conveyor and storage system.

Transport System
Reinforced roller conveyor for profiles up to 12 meters in length. A powered measuring carriage on the infeed table transports the material at up to 45 m/min. A rotating support system with cross-transfer racks in the loading area allows for the input of pre-staged profiles into the waiting position.
In the discharge area, a driven roller conveyor transports the finished profiles/angles up to a length of 12 meters. Cross-transfer equipment with 5 supports is used for unloading.

Drilling Units with Tool Changer
To process large angle profiles up to 350 mm with a wall thickness of 40 mm, this machine is equipped with 2 powerful drilling units (one per flange) featuring a spindle drive of 19 kW and infinitely adjustable spindle speeds from 180 - 3500 rpm. These drilling capabilities are ideal for the use of modern carbide drill tools. The drilling tools are held in HSK-A80 holders, and each drilling unit has a tool changer with 3 tool positions for rapid tool changes.

MKT38N Marking Unit
A marking unit with 38 marking tools allows for flange marking on angle profiles.
Characters sized 16x8 mm are hydraulically embossed, enabling part identification after galvanization.

Precision Circular Saw
The powerful circular saw is designed for 90° cuts. A vertical clamping system secures the material during fast sawing. Material dimensions range from 60 x 60 x 6 mm to 350 x 350 x 40 mm. The 18 kW saw motor with a 560 mm circular saw blade delivers very high cutting performance. Sawing speed is 80 - 180 m/min.
