FICEP P51 - CNC PUNCHING & DRILLING MACHINE FOR FLAT BAR AND PLATES | YEAR 2008 | 800 KN
The Ficep P51 is a CNC-controlled punching and drilling machine for automated hole processing of flat bar and plates. Punching and drilling run in a single pass with automatic material feed - saving marking, re-clamping and handling on parts with many holes.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
A hydraulic punching unit and an integrated drilling unit process the workpiece in one pass. A carriage with hydraulic, self-adjusting grippers and ball screw drive positions the material under CNC control (Ficep MINOSSE). Processes: punching, drilling, marking, countersinking and tapping.
Typical applications: structural steelwork and connection technology as well as the fabrication of beams, brackets and frame structures with a high share of holes.
