GOOSENECK:
* Gooseneck in SNT design to optimize the bed length, approximately 3,700 mm long, with a rear bevel of approximately 1,000 mm x 6°
* For SZM (tractor unit): 4 x 2 and 6 x 2
* ASPÖCK-UNIBOX
* The gooseneck and the rear bevel have a grid flooring with a 5 mm sheet metal reinforcement
* 2-inch King Pin
* Guide plate on the gooseneck for the turntable, approximately 500 mm wide
* Round NATO socket on the connection strip at the front (Maeler & Kaege VG 96 917)
* On the gooseneck, one pair of plug-in aluminum sideboards, approximately 400 mm high, in an anodized finish
* One LED work light each on the left and right at the top of the front wall, with operation via an on/off switch (operation of the work lights from the SZM is not possible in this case)

LOADING AREA:

* The loading area behind the gooseneck can be hydraulically raised and lowered, approximately 3,000 mm long, with a load capacity of up to approximately 9,000 kg

* 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF, twin tires. Brand of our choice
* TPMS tire pressure monitoring system in accordance with ECE R 141

AXLES:
* BPW axles and suspension, 1st and 2nd axles rigid, 3rd axle trailing
* 3rd axle with electro-magnetic reversing lock, activated via reverse gear and manually
* 1st axle with starting assist
* Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each
* Air suspension with lift and lower valve

HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS:
* One pair of two-part AXS steel ramps with grid flooring, approximately 4,920 mm long and approximately 900 mm wide
* Hydraulically foldable ramp tips
* Ramps can be hydraulically shifted outwards by approximately 235 mm and inwards by approximately 365 mm individually
* Strobe lights on the outside of the ramp tips, with a switch next to the ramp operation control
* Ramp locking in the driving position by means of a quick-release fastener
* Painted sand coating on the outer frame of the ramp and on the ramp tip
* Mechanical supports in downpipe design on the sides of the ramps to provide support when docking with loading ramps
* Control valves for the hydraulic ramps on the right side of the vehicle

BRAKE SYSTEM:
* Brake system from WABCO EBS-E, in accordance with EU regulations

SURFACE TREATMENT:
* HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection

PAINTING:
* Trailer: Carmine Red (RAL 3002)
* Rims: Silver-grey
* Sideboards: Aluminum, natural finish

* Front wall made of steel, plug-in, approximately 1,600 mm high, including connection strip for supply lines to the SZM, mounted approximately 1,000 mm from the bottom edge of the outer frame profile
* Attachment option for lashing chains on the inside of the front wall on the left and right, including aluminum trough underneath on the left and right for storing chains or lashing straps
* Approximately 12 mm thick DELIGNIT flooring screwed to the back of the front wall
