FAM STD 3D 3 Dicing Machine
The multifunctional FAM STD-3D 3 slicing, strip-cutting (French fries), and dicing machine is ideal for cutting all types of fruits and vegetables, including apples, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, peppers, pears, melons, onions, zucchini, cucumbers, beetroot, and various types of cabbage.
This dicer has a very high processing capacity of up to 3,000 kg/hour, making it suitable for processing large volumes of food products.
The cutting size can be easily adjusted by replacing the circular knife spindle and the crosscut knife spindle.
First cut (slices): adjustable from 1.5 to 12.7 mm
Second cut (strips): 3.1 to 25.4 mm (circular knife spindle)
Third cut (dices): 3.1 to 38.1 mm (crosscut knife spindle)
The machine is entirely manufactured from stainless steel.
