Professional Kongsberg X20 cutting and creasing plotter. This device is extremely versatile and efficient, designed for the production of packaging, POS materials, and the processing of rigid and flexible materials. The machine combines Scandinavian reliability, precision, and flexibility, allowing for quick adaptation to diverse jobs. The unit we have was purchased from a Dutch printing company and was used in the prototyping department.

Material clamping system: multi-zone vacuum table with a powerful 6 kW vacuum pump, guaranteeing a perfectly flat arrangement even for the most demanding materials.
Positioning camera: integrated vision system for reading markers (matching print to cut).

The machine is equipped with:
- a FlexiHead, which allows for the simultaneous mounting and use of three tools in a single work cycle, without the need for constant replacement.
- two drag knives:
- psaligraphy knife for precise cutting of films and papers
- currospeed knife for cutting thick materials, solid and corrugated cardboard
- creasing wheels: a set of creasing wheels with a diameter of 26.0mm and different geometries (2pt; 3pt; 4pt), enabling perfect bending of cardboard and carton without fiber cracking.
The price of the machine includes a computer with a dedicated control system and i-cut Production Console software, compatible with Artios CAD. The software primarily imports files in pdf, acm, dfx, and ADR formats.

The machine is in continuous operation and is regularly serviced by an authorized partner (the last service was performed in January 2026). It is possible to perform tests on customer materials before purchase.
