The elumatec successor center SBZ608 is designed for reinforcement screwing, drilling, and milling of profile cuttings for window, door, and facade construction, with or without steel reinforcement. Constructed in a gantry design for large profile cross-sections and optimized process flow. The workflow runs from right to left. Infeed is via a motor-driven gripper. Lifting function allows gapless loading of the feed magazine. Profiles are guided on rollers to ensure protection of the profile and protective film. Part removal is accomplished via a push-off table. Equipped with an industrial PC running Windows operating system. Barcode scanner included.
