Induction furnace for heating steel with dimensions up to 550mm in length, 100mm in width, and 20mm in thickness. The furnace is connected to a feeder for small rods with dimensions from 10x10 to 22x22 and lengths up to 300mm. The loading feeder sorts the parts and automatically loads the inductor with new pieces for heating. The feeder is ideal for the production of large nails, screws, etc. Its operation can be seen in a YouTube video. Performance is very high. For small parts, heated items (up to 1100 degrees) can be collected every 6 seconds. There are two inductors available for heating materials up to 20mm and up to 16mm thick. It is possible to modify the furnace according to your needs. The cost of replacing the inductor for other sizes is approximately EUR 3,000. The machine is very versatile in terms of the sizes of products it can heat.
