Description of the Machinery:


The Hot fill new filling machine up to 4500 Lt/h comprises a filler with 20 taps, each outfitted with a 22 mm diameter straw. Furthermore, all components in direct contact with the liquid are meticulously crafted from stainless steel 316, thereby ensuring maximum hygiene and resilience against corrosion. A dedicated pump efficiently channels liquid to the filler, while the inclusion of false bottles facilitates the thorough cleansing of taps.


The bell, adjustable in height via electric drive, confers adaptability in accommodating containers of varying sizes. Moreover, the machine’s rotation speed is subject to variability through an inverter, thereby affording precise control over the filling process. Mechanical pistons for bottle lifting, guided with precision, ensure the attainment of accurate and uniform filling.


Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the filler  is fortified with safety precautions encircling its perimeter, thereby safeguarding operators during operation. Additionally, bottle entry, ingeniously positioned from the left, streamlines workflow.


Currently configured for glass bottles, the machinery exhibits adaptability for rigid PET containers. Equipped with a mechanical valve exclusively dedicated to filling, the system ensures meticulous and dependable process control.
