General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-slide H-frame structure provides maximum rigidity during the pressing process, while parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model, featuring a 250-ton main ram and an 80-ton lower cushion (pot) capacity, is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to guarantee long-lasting, reliable performance.
