General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its 8-guide H-frame structure, high rigidity is ensured during pressing operations, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained even with large bed dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, featuring a 1000-ton main ram and 350-ton blank holder capacity, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes requiring controlled material flow—ideal for applications in automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industries. The welded steel construction, stress-relieved by vibration, guarantees long-term, reliable operation.
