The CORMAK Q20-6 2000 kg Li-Ion electric pallet truck with side support wheels combines electric handling of heavy pallets with increased energy capacity for daily operations. This configuration features a large 48 V / 20 Ah lithium-ion battery, equivalent to a 24 V / 40 Ah battery. It provides twice the energy capacity of the 48 V / 10 Ah version, allowing longer operating times between charges under comparable working conditions.

When making frequent turns and adjusting fork positioning, proper support of the equipment is particularly important. The additional side wheels help reduce lateral tilting, supporting the pallet truck during changes in direction. This makes it easier to maneuver the loaded truck when approaching a workstation and moving pallets onto transport routes.

Fully Electric Pallet Handling from Pickup to Placement
The Q20-6 eliminates the two most physically demanding aspects of operating a manual pallet truck: moving heavy loads using muscle power and pumping the tiller to lift pallets. Both travel and lifting are electrically powered, allowing the operator to focus on steering the truck and positioning the pallet. This advantage is particularly noticeable during repetitive handling operations.

Extended Battery Capacity for Continuous Transport Operations
The Li-Ion battery provides up to 6 hours of operation on a single charge, depending on the load and intensity of use. The increased battery capacity is particularly useful in facilities where the pallet truck serves multiple workstations or performs numerous transport operations throughout the day. Charging takes approximately 5 hours.

Fork Dimensions and Maneuverability
The 1150 mm long forks, with an overall width of 550 mm, provide stable pallet support during lifting and transportation. The 1300 mm turning radius makes it easier to adjust the truck's position before picking up a load. The truck is equipped with polyurethane wheels and an electromagnetic braking system.
