Rigid Cast-Iron Arm
The saw arm is made of profiled cast iron. The high rigidity of the construction reduces vibrations generated during machining and helps maintain accurate cutting geometry.

Cutting Blade Drive
The drive is transmitted from the electric motor through a worm gearbox to the drive wheel that powers the cutting blade. This solution ensures stable operation of the system and appropriate torque transmission when cutting steel components.

Precise Blade Guiding and Tensioning
The blade is guided by adjustable bearing and carbide guides. The mechanical manual tensioning system allows the blade to be properly prepared for operation and maintains the correct blade tension.

Hydraulic Arm Descent Control
The stepless hydraulic adjustment allows the arm descent speed to be precisely adapted to the type, shape, and cross-section of the material being cut. This provides smoother cutting and helps reduce excessive load on the blade.

Arm Adjustment Range from -45° to +60°
The arm's ability to swivel in both directions increases the versatility of the band saw. The design allows both standard straight cuts and angled cuts in the range from -45° to +60°.
