Machine Description
1. Worktable
Gedsvup Unopfx Abnjbp
Sectioned vacuum worktable with six independent vacuum zones, manufactured from rigid and durable HPL panels, individually controlled directly from the electrical control cabinet.
Each vacuum zone is connected to the vacuum pump through an integrated piping system.
Main vacuum openings are equipped with sealing plugs, allowing efficient clamping of workpieces in various sizes.
The table surface features a network of vacuum channels, ensuring uniform vacuum distribution across the entire working area.
Integrated T-slots allow manual workpiece clamping when required.
The table is equipped with pneumatic positioning stops on two axes, enabling fast and repeatable positioning of workpieces in exactly the same location.
2. Spindle
High-performance 9 kW brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, inverter-controlled and equipped with overload protection.
High-speed electro-spindle featuring an advanced air-cooling system, ensuring reliable operation and low maintenance.
3. Drive System
High-efficiency YASKAWA AC servo drives, controlled by a digital CNC controller, delivering outstanding machining quality while maintaining high feed rates in all axes.
Brushless YASKAWA AC servo motors drive the X and Y axes via precision planetary gearboxes.
The Z-axis, where positioning accuracy is critical, is driven by a reinforced precision ball screw.
Gantry movement along the X and Y axes is achieved through HIWIN linear guideways and precision helical rack-and-pinion drives manufactured from hardened and heat-treated steel, ensuring long-term reliability and accuracy.
4. Machine Construction
The moving gantry is manufactured from a cast iron casting, providing exceptional rigidity and excellent vibration damping during machining, resulting in superior surface finish and machining precision.
5. Automatic Tool Changer & Tool Length Sensor
Equipped with a 12-position linear automatic tool changer (ATC) complete with ISO30 tool holders and ER32 collets.

Every CNC router is equipped with a precision automatic Z-axis tool length sensor, eliminating manual tool measurement after each tool change and reducing setup time.
6. Industrial CNC Control System
The machine is controlled by an industrial SYNTEC CNC controller, commonly used in professional machining centres.
Supplied with a handheld control pendant and LCD display.
Optional UCanCAM V13 CAD/CAM software available in Polish and English language versions.
