Screws 2x Ø 65 mm – 40 L/D, segmented screws and cylinder (water-cooled)
Screw speed up to 600 rpm, extruder drive 90 kW – AC adjustable
2x degassing zones, 1x with vacuum pump 1.5 kW and condensate separator
1x side-fed twin-screw extruder ZSB, 2x Ø 35 mm, drive 0.75 kW

Screen changer, screen area 125x70 mm with hydraulics 1.5 kW

Die head with flanged connection, holes 13 x Ø 3.2 mm
Strand cooling tank, stainless steel, L 4000 mm x W 350 mm
Strand granulator SG 100, drive 3 kW

Control cabinet with relay control, ABB frequency inverter.
