This listing includes 3 combination steam ovens, convection ovens from the manufacturer Convotherm, type OGS 20.20, gas-fired version without a boiler, manufactured in 2008.

The units are set for natural gas; they can also be converted to propane gas.
The combination steam oven is equipped with a loading trolley for 20 x 2/1 GN containers or 40 x 1/1 GN containers and with insert racks for 2 x 1/1 GN containers.
The units are sold in a package, without inspection and warranty, as returned by the customer. Inspection work will certainly need to be carried out for a new start-up.
All 3 combination steam ovens are functional, and videos can be provided. The core temperature sensors are in good condition, and a door lock is included because one is no longer functional.
Wiring diagrams and documentation are included.
The units were exclusively used for heating/regenerating frozen ready meals.
