CONSTMACH 50 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-50, a 50-ton capacity cement silo, is designed for high efficiency in various industrial applications such as concrete plants, block production lines, and ground survey applications. This silo, which can be produced in either bolted or welded types according to need, can be easily transported with one 40 ft OT container or a truck thanks to its 2-set bolted version. Its compact structure and modular assembly feature provide a significant advantage, especially in terms of field installation.

The CS-50 silo is supplied complete with all standard equipment, including a maintenance platform, cement filling pipe, internal and external manholes, safety guards, roof flanges for the air filter and pressure relief valve, and a butterfly valve cone flange. In addition, it is delivered fully equipped with a screw conveyor, air filter, pressure relief valve, level indicators, and fluidizing nozzles of the desired length.

In bolted type production, silo parts are manufactured with high precision using laser cutting and drilling technology and are easily assembled on site. Each silo is coated with a 140-micron-thick, 1-layer anti-corrosive primer and 2 layers of epoxy paint to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance. Furthermore, all static and mechanical analyses are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software; thus, the silo can safely store 50 tons of cement or similar materials without any deformation.
