The Citizen Cincom M16 is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe designed for demanding series production of small and precision components. With a machining diameter up to ø16 mm, machining lengths up to 200 mm, and high spindle speeds up to 10,000 min⁻¹, this machine is ideal for complex machining tasks. The integrated C-axis on both main and sub-spindle enables precise positioning, as well as sophisticated milling and drilling operations.

The machine offers extensive tool capacity with up to 21 tools and multiple driven tool stations, allowing even complex processes to be completed in a single setup. Generous axis travels and precise feed increments of 0.001 mm ensure the highest manufacturing quality with minimal tolerances.

The delivery includes an LNS Express-220 bar feeder from 2011, providing automated material feed to significantly increase productivity and process reliability. Various toolholders are also included in the package. The machine is robustly built and designed for continuous industrial operation – ideal for the production of watch, medical, electronics, or automotive components.
