For sale: a new CIDAN RAPIDO 32 electric guillotine from our showroom.

The machine has not been used in production and is connected and fully ready for operation. It can be viewed in person, tested, and trial cuts can be performed.

The CIDAN RAPIDO is a fast and reliable electric guillotine designed for precise sheet metal cutting. The machine can perform up to 35 cuts per minute, making it ideal for both individual jobs and intensive series production.

The drive system with eccentrics, the material clamping system, and the sheet support elements mounted close to the blades allow for convenient and precise cutting, even of narrow strips.

The guillotine has angular supports on both sides of the front table, ensuring accurate sheet feeding at a 90° angle. LED lighting in the cutting area allows the operator to clearly see the cutting line.

CUTLINK control and automatic back gauge

The guillotine is equipped with the CIDAN CUTLINK control system – a fast and easy-to-use program that allows up to 10 different operations to be programmed simultaneously.

After the operator enters the required dimensions, the 750 mm automatic back gauge automatically adjusts to the required position, allowing for quick and accurate cutting of different widths.

Sheet support and return

The pneumatically controlled sheet support system allows for control of the material during cutting.

After cutting, the cut sheet is directed to the front material trolley, so the operator does not need to collect parts behind the machine. The trolley can be easily removed and transported, and also picked up with a forklift.
