Drum Shot Blasting Machine;

The system consists of a Cabin, Turbine System, Recycling System, Filtration System, Control Panel, Platform, Hydraulic Loading-Unloading Unit, and Vibrating Screen.

Shot blasting is performed by having a rubber belt wound over three drums rotate the virtual barrel-shaped chamber while the turbine propels steel shot onto the workpieces.

The blasting cabin is manufactured from ST-37 steel plate. Areas directly targeted by turbines (hot points) are reinforced with manganese wear-resistant plates, while other areas are supported with Hardox plates. (Complete manganese plate cladding is optional.)

Wear-resistant claddings are designed with bolts to facilitate future part replacements due to wear. Replacement can easily be carried out by your company's authorized personnel. The wear-resistant plates are bolted for easy future servicing.

Dimensions of the TK - 6 PREMIUM machine: Drum diameter Ø: 1000 mm, Length between discs L: 1200 mm, with a loading capacity of 800 kg. Turbine specifications: 2 x F300 model Ø 320 mm, 7.5 kW motors. Equipped with a rubber belt conveyor.
