All indexable inserts for the milling and scraper units have been replaced or turned; saws have been sharpened, jointing cutters sharpened, buffing wheels renewed. The machine is thus ready for immediate operation. Only the diamond cutter of the profile milling unit has not been renewed, but it is still sharp.
Minor paint touch-ups have been carried out.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the PC restarts during operation (usually at high ambient temperatures), however, this did not cause us any issues, as you can continue working while it reboots.
