We present the new BOOSTON solution – V-TURN-H, a hydraulic lifting module designed for the production of prefabricated walls and other timber construction elements.

The device allows for lifting and rotating prefabricated elements from a horizontal to a vertical position.

Thanks to its modular design, V-TURN can operate independently or in combination with other modules, creating a workstation tailored to individual production needs.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
The price applies to one complete V-TURN-H module, equipped with:
- Steel structure of the lifting module
- Hydraulic lifting system
- Hydraulic cylinder
- Safety valves
- Connections for an external hydraulic system

NOTE: The module is supplied without an external hydraulic pump.

To operate the device, it is necessary to connect a hydraulic power source that provides oil under a working pressure of 100 bar. The connection of hydraulic lines is made via M22 threaded connections.

MODULAR DESIGN – ANY CONFIGURATION

V-TURN modules can operate independently or in conjunction with fixed ER-02 mounting panels, which fill the space between the lifters.
This allows for the creation of a single common mounting platform, enabling both the assembly and subsequent lifting of prefabricated elements.
