VACUUM SYSTEM
Subdivision of the vacuum system into 2 working zones and 2 clamping zones in X.
AUXILIARY VACUUM SYSTEM – 2 zones
Allows clamping of workpieces using vacuum templates.

Compatible with the turret tool magazine with 16 positions and the side tool magazine with 12 positions.
The tool magazines can also be retrofitted.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for machine PC.
6 ATS workpiece supports – 18 module carriers
— 6 aluminium workpiece supports. The positioning of the workpiece supports is via linear guides with ball bearing slider blocks. Clamping is performed on the front and rear linear guides via pneumatic cylinders. Clamping is released by a push button located at the front of the workpiece support.
— 18 module carriers, 132 x 132 x H 41.5 mm, with independent pneumatic clamping. The vacuum modules can be rotated in 15° increments on the module carriers; an ideal solution for shaped parts.
— 18 covers for module carriers without template.
SA (Set-Up Assistant) working table for tables up to 1550 mm.
Supported manual positioning system with motion direction indicator and position indicator.
— Sensors on each working table and along the X-axis of the working area.
— Display of direction and position achieved for the carriage during positioning phase, mounted on each working table. According to the programmed configuration of the working tables, the system indicates the direction of movement for each working table and carriage, and confirms with a green LED and audible signal when the correct position is reached, with a tolerance of +/- 1.5 mm.

Machining unit with 5 interpolating axes, 13 kWp (17.4 HP), with HSK F63 adapter, liquid-cooled – 20,000 rpm
