New model Auto Rotary Plastic Container Feeding, Filling, Sealing and Capping Machine for larger cup/container sizes. - Functions: The cup/container stacks are being put manually into the vertical storage device. Each cup/container will be picked automatically and transfered to the filling station (dosing unit is optional). Film is supplied to seal the cup/container before a capping unit closes it with a cap. Finally outfeed of the finished cup/container. - Stainless steel version (SS304), nitrogen filling device included, heat sealing system (0-300°C), film cutting depending on box shape. Servo motor control, OMRON PLC with Touchscreen, OMRON temperature control. - Specifications: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 20 cycles/minute; power 220V, 1.5kW; compressed air: 6bar, 1.2m³/min; machine dimensions and weight: depending on final customized configurations.

That machine/system is available in different versions for different packaging sizes and with different packaging speeds.
