The ALD is a highly flexible and productive line that gently processes dough.

Suitable for various types of baking and pastry dough (with less than 70% moisture content),
such as whole-wheat, rye, hard, and soft dough,
with or without yeast, cookie dough, gluten-free,
even dough with dry pieces
(or other shredded food materials).
