OVERVIEW

This ABC 4HA-4-LT high-pressure reciprocating air compressor, manufactured in 1998, is designed for the supply of compressed air in PET bottle blowing applications. The compressor is manufactured by ABC – Arizaga, Bastarrica y Cía S.A. from Eibar, Spain. The machine is a 4-stage reciprocating compressor with oil-free cylinder compression design and a nominal pressure of 42 bar. It is belt-driven. The compressor is mounted on a structural steel skid and includes interstage piping, pressure monitoring, cooling water connections, main drive motor, belt-drive safety guard and integrated control cabinet. The machine is equipped with an analog pressure gauge panel showing the final stage, intermediate stages and oil pressure. The control cabinet is fitted with status lamps for temperature, water, oil, thermal relay and dryer fault indications, as well as an hour meter and emergency stop.
